Guarantee and Conditions
- A lot of attention is paid to the quality of the material we deliver. But of course, it is always possible that we overlooked something. Therefore we maintain the rule that defected stamps are replaced or credited if no longer in stock. This guarantee is extended to every item, except when specifically mentioned, bought on our site.
- To avoid any misuse of this guarantee, every shipment that leaves our offices is being photocopied or scanned. This also counts for the rear site if applicable.
- Ordering stamps or other supplies with Stamp shop Librenphilatelie binds the client to accepting these terms and conditions of sale. Once an order is placed on the site, you close a binding contract. All information on the site is viable for law.
- Payment in advance. Shipment is within a week after receipt of payment.
- All prices are subjected to writing or typing errors.
- For shipment we refer to the tariffs determined by the Dutch TPG. For detailed information please have a look at www.tntpost.nl
- Shipments that are opened or damaged should be refused. Once the shipment is accepted, 'Librenphilatelie can no longer be held responsible for damages or theft during transport.
- Librenphilatelie has the right to refuse shipment to certain countries if safe and secure shipment can not be assured. When doubt exists please contact us in advance.
- Several defense mechanisms have been implemented to insure that stamps or items that are no longer in stock, no longer can be ordered via the site. If in any way out of stock items would be ordered and paid via the website, we will refund.
- When bank transfer is selected for the payment of an order is selected, we expect this amount to be on our account within 10 calendar days.
- All stamps and other items will be described and pictured to our best ability. The guaranty for the state of the stamps is only for these items where we made no reservation concerning the state in the description.
- All items and stamps are genuine, except for those that are marked as fake or those where we made a reserve mentioning.
- Collections, stocks and lots are sold in the state they are at the moment of sale. No complaints are possible here.
- All pictures on this site are scanned personally. For the stamps, series blocks etc with prices below 100 Euros we use “example” pictures. This means that the item purchased is not always equal to the enclosed picture. For items with prices above 100 Euros it is different . Here we have the policy “What you see is what you get”. Therefore it is possible that we offer more of the same series for different prices depending on the quality.
